Job Description

Objectives

• Ensure the effective implementation and optimization of EPBCS.
• Provide support to enhance users' planning and budgeting capabilities.
• Maintain compliance with financial reporting standards and policies.
• Facilitate continuous improvement in planning and budgeting processes.

Scope of Work

The support services include:

• System Assessment and Configuration: Assess current processes, configure EPBCS, ensure system integration.
• User Support and Training: Provide helpdesk support, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Develop budget models, support scenario planning, and assist in budget consolidation.
• Reporting and Analytics: Implement reporting tools, develop dashboards, and train users on reporting functionalities.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure configurations comply with regulations and stay updated on industry practices.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Change Management: Support policy, process, or system changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
