Job Description

i360 has an immediate opening for R12 Oracle EBS RICE and PL/SQL Financials R12 Developers to support an existing R12 Federal Financials shared service environment. Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in Oracle R12 financial applications and process implementation. This project is onboarding now.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in supporting and implementing reports, interfaces, data conversions, and enhancements in an R12 environment.
2. Provide input, design, and review of the overall strategy for converting legacy data onto shared service provider (SSP) Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
3. Develop using SQL, PL/SQL, R12 APIs, and web services.
4. Utilize R12 APIs to establish web services.
5. Support data migration to SSP through mapping, design, build, testing, and deployment.
6. Design data conversions and extensions from legacy systems into SSP using Oracle EBS applications.
7. Execute unit testing and system integration testing (SIT), documenting results per procedures.
8. Develop test scripts and training materials.
9. Create technical documentation for data conversions and application extensions.
10. Provide triage support for data migration issues.
11. Assist in task planning, estimation, and scheduling.
12. Offer problem analysis, resolution, implementation, and post-implementation support.
13. Transfer knowledge to support staff and users as needed.
14. Support the system and users after initial SSP cutover.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of software development experience, with specialized experience in Oracle R12 data conversions and extensions.
2. Experience with TOAD, PL/SQL, SQL, load scripts, UNIX scripts, Personalization, Interfaces, Workflow, XML Publisher, R12 APIs, and web service development.
3. Deep understanding of Oracle technology stack including PL/SQL, Oracle Discoverer, JDeveloper, RDBMS, and R12 APIs/web services.
4. Knowledge of Oracle Applications table structures and APIs.
5. Experience with configuration management, documentation, unit and integration testing, and code reviews.
6. Experience with Oracle Financials (AP, AR, CLM, GL/SLA, FedAdmin) is a plus.
7. Experience with shared service providers and project lifecycle is a plus.
8. Experience with SOA web services is a plus.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years’ experience or equivalent.
2. Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Ability to clear a federal background check; US Citizen or Green Card required.

Work week: Monday-Friday
Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Additional Information:

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience.
