Ilocatum in the United States is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to support the Fusion/Utilities environment. This is a hands-on role focused on development, configuration, integrations, reporting, and ongoing application support.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, develop extensions and data extracts, and ensure system reliability through testing and troubleshooting.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of Oracle Developer experience in enterprise app development.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and Security.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, or major platform transitions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or IS; transcripts required.
• Local to Buffalo/Erie/Dayton area or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Role

The Oracle Developer will support the company’s growing Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment. This is a hands‑on enterprise applications role involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.
• Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.

• Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.

Location & Work Arrangements:

1. On‑Site (Preferred): Reside or relocate to within a reasonable daily commute to Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. (relo assistance to these areas is available from within the USA)
2. Remote: Presently reside in NY, PA or OH and are within six hours of Buffalo, Erie, or Dayton (periodic visits to the office are required).

• New York: Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, and surrounding areas
• Pennsylvania: Erie, Pittsburgh, Allentown, and surrounding areas
• Ohio: Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Akron, and surrounding areas

*The cities listed above are examples of larger target markets and are not intended to limit the geographic area for remote candidates. Candidates anywhere within the defined six-hour travel radius in NY, PA, or OH may be considered.

Required Background:

• At least 5 years of Oracle Developer experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred
• Professional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including a mix of Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and/or Security, including application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions highly desired.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Transcripts will be required.
• Local to one of the listed areas or willing to relocate upon hire.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.

The salary range represents the anticipated compensation for this position.
