Job Description:

Having experience of 8+ years in Oracle Planning Cloud with expertise in Demand Planning and Backlog Management

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Demand Planning
• Configure and customize Oracle Demand Planning to align with business needs
• Support data integration between Oracle Demand Planning and existing business systems
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation
• Train end-users and provide post-go-live support
• Provide best practices and recommendations for demand forecasting and planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and business users

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into comprehensive Oracle Demand Planning Cloud solutions.
• Provide guidance to align Oracle Demand Planning & Backlog planning functionalities with client goals.
• Develop scalable, tailored Oracle Planning Cloud solutions and design Demand Management processes.
• Lead configuration and implementation of Oracle Demand Planning Cloud modules, ensuring seamless system integration and meeting client needs.
• Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including UAT.
• Provide training and create documentation for clients.
• Address issues, perform system health checks, and implement upgrades.
• Collaborate with clients to understand Demand Planning needs and identify process improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex Demand Planning issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Oracle Supply Chain Planning best practices, recommending improvements.
