Job Title: Experienced OPT EAD and H4 EAD with Global Client Experience

Location: United States (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OPT EAD or H4 EAD candidate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in India or another country with globally recognized clients such as Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Dell, Infosys, and others. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, a background in IT and consulting, and experience working on large-scale projects. The candidate should also have some experience working in the USA, ensuring a smooth transition to the U.S. working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and consulting support for large-scale IT projects with a focus onsystems integration, application development, and IT support.
• Work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-qualitysolutions within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems across multipleindustries, including banking, healthcare, telecommunications, and more.
• Manage and lead IT teams to deliver projects efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring system reliability andperformance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both India and the USA to ensure seamless executionof projects.
• Demonstrate leadership in mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technicalchallenges.
• Maintain excellent communication with global clients, ensuring all project goals are met andthat any issues are promptly addressed.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or arelated field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with globally recognized clients such asWipro, TCS, Capgemini, Dell, Infosys, or equivalent in India or another country, with someexperience in the USA.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in any of the following technologies and roles:
• Java, .NET, Full Stack Development, Frontend Engineering, BackendDevelopment, UI/UX Development, SharePoint, ServiceNow, SAP Functional andTechnofunctional
• Project Management (PM), Business Analysis (BA), Solutions Architecture
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database managementsystems (SQL, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, orother relevant certifications.
• Language: Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work Authorization: Must have an active OPT EAD or H4 EAD status with the ability to work inthe USA. Original documents and not forged documents required for verification.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in consulting roles with global clients in the IT and software developmentindustry.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (on-site and remote).
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
