Duration: Through December 31, 2025 (40 hrs/week); Potential for reduced hours in 2026 (20–40 hrs/week)

Project Summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Java Developer to support a major application upgrade initiative through the end of 2025. The selected developer will work on the Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM) team and must be open to transitioning into OFM work in 2026. This is a long-term opportunity that begins with full-time Javawork and shifts into advanced Oracle development as projects evolve.

Initial Focus (Now–Dec 2025): Java Development

Must-Have Skills (7+ years):

• Core Java Development (JDK versions 8–21)
• Spring Framework 5.3.10+ and Spring Boot 2.7+
• IDE experience: JDeveloper, Eclipse, SQL Developer, TOAD
• Microsoft SQL Server 2022
• WebLogic Server 12c/14c – including security policies, performance tuning, and admin activities
• CI/CD tools: Maven, Jenkins, SVN – scripting and automation for build/deployment
  
  

Extended Role (Starting 2026): Oracle Fusion Middleware Development

• Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, OSB, Human Workflow)
• Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM)
• Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) 12c/14c
• Oracle Identity & Access Management (OIM/OAM) – LDAP/Active Directory, SSO integration
• Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework) – architecture and development
• Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and diagnostics
• Log analysis and troubleshooting
