Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant DBA experience.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret; U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficient with Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, GoldenGate, TDE, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to write custom SQL, perform index optimization, and patch management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and optimize enterprise Oracle databases across IT operations and disaster recovery.
• Perform performance tuning, patching, backups, upgrades, and security administration.
• Manage RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, GoldenGate, and TDE configurations.
• Lead security hygiene by remediating high-severity CVEs and KEVs.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, developers, and engineers.
• Create high-level reporting with Oracle OEM BI reports.
