Qualifications

Extensive experience as Oracle DBA with RAC, Data Guard, and ASM.

Familiar with source control and release management practices.

Responsibilities

Optimize SQL queries and analyze execution plans.
Create and maintain database objects such as tables, indexes and sequences.
Monitor databases using OEM and tune performance.
Perform database and application level performance tuning.
Troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
Stay updated with emerging Oracle technologies and suggest improvements.

Expectations from Role

Optimization of SQL query, Analyzing execution plans.
Create and maintain database objects likes Tables, Index, Sequence etc.
Monitoring Database using OEM. Tuning of Oracle objects.
Experience in Performance Tuning at Database and Application level.
Must have good troubleshooting skills.
Understanding Automatic Workload Repository (AWR), Oracle hints, Active Session History (ASH) reports is a must.
Strong knowledge of source control and release management tools.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Flexible to extend the work hours based on Project delivery need.
