Job summary

Oracle Database Engineer

As an Oracle Database Engineer, you will design and deliver end‑to‑end geospatial database solutions in a fast, agile environment. You will develop systems from vision to production, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity.

Qualifications

You Have:

• 5+ years of software experience with a cloud‑first development approach
• 4+ years of enterprise data engineering development, including geospatial data
• 3+ years of experience with OCI services and cloud‑native architecture patterns (Compute, Autonomous Database, Exadata, security policies, network security)
• 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development using OCI services
• Experience with data lakes, data warehousing, and analytics platforms

Nice If You Have:

• Experience leading technical initiatives in large‑scale environments

• OCI or other professional certifications (OCI Architect, OCI Developer, Security+, CISSP)
• IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ or CISSP

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, retirement, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for the full benefits package.

Work Model
