Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Oracle Database Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end geospatial database solutions in a fast, agile environment. You will develop systems from vision to production, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires 5+ years of software experience, 4+ years in data engineering with geospatial data, and strong OCI, IaC, and data-lake expertise, with TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software experience with a cloud-first approach.
• 4+ years of enterprise data engineering development, including geospatial data.
• 3+ years of experience with OCI services and cloud-native architecture patterns (Compute, Autonomous Database, Exadata, security policies, network security)
• 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development using OCI services
• Experience with data lakes, data warehousing, and analytics platforms
• Experience developing and deploying production geospatial solutions from concept to O&M
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree
