What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level production support for Oracle databases in a 24x7 environment
- Perform complex installations, upgrades, configurations, customizations, and tuning of Oracle databases
- Lead and coordinate the design, implementation, and support of technical database solutions
- Analyze root causes of issues and provide resolutions or escalate to vendors when needed
- Conduct problem management, change control, and database performance monitoring

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle databases in a production environment
- Experience with Oracle 11g, 12c, and 19c, including Real Application Clusters (RAC) and ASM
- Expertise in RMAN, Data Pump, and PL/SQL scripting
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, backup/recovery, patching, cloning, and failover strategies

- Prior experience supporting Oracle databases in Java-based application environments
- Working knowledge of database partitioning and replication strategies
