Job summary

AANSEACORE is seeking a senior Oracle CRM & CPQ Solution Architect cum Business Analyst in the United States to lead architecture, design, and delivery of CRM/CPQ solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle configurations, manage workshops, and drive end-to-end processes across quoting, pricing, and integrations.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CRM/CPQ, and a track record of multiple full-cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years in Oracle CRM/CPQ, solution architecture, and business analysis.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion CRM and CPQ.
• Understanding of product configuration, pricing, and models.
• Experience with Configure-to-Quote and Quote-to-Order.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle CRM/CPQ implementations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and solution design.
• Knowledge of reports and dashboards using FDI, OTBI, BI Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and functional design for Oracle CRM/CPQ.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Conduct workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, and future-state design.
• Design end-to-end CRM and CPQ embedded processes.
• Define product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approvals.
• Ensure integration between CRM, CPQ, and other apps.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, user stories, and designs.
• Support reports and dashboards using FDI and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, go-live activities.

We are looking for a senior Oracle CRM & CPQ Solution Architect cum Business Analyst with strong expertise in CRM/CPQ embedded processes, product configuration, reporting, and interactive dashboards, including experience with FDI or similar analytics tools. The candidate should have successfully delivered at least two full-cycle implementations and be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective Oracle solutions.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle CRM/CPQ, Solution Architecture, and Business Analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CRM and CPQ.
• Strong understanding of CRM and CPQ embedded business processes.
• Good understanding of Product Configuration, product models, attributes, rules, options, and pricing.
• Experience with Configure-to-Quote, Quote-to-Order, and related CRM/CPQ processes.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle CRM/CPQ implementations.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, solution design, and functional architecture.
• Understanding of reports and interactive dashboards using FDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of CRM/CPQ integrations, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, functional, technical, and implementation teams.
• Oracle CRM/CPQ certification is an added advantage.

• Work with technical teams on integrations, APIs, data migration, and extensions.
• Lead/support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support post-go-live stabilization.
• Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices, scalability, and business requirements.
