Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in program management, strong Oracle Cloud experience, and excellent communication. This role supports hybrid work with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BachelorFs degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of program and project management experience leading enterprise technology.
• 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud implementation and transformation programs.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across CX, ERP, and HCM portfolios.
• Develop integrated program plans, budgets, roadmaps, and forecasts.
• Monitor performance, scope changes, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate executive steering and provide program status reports.
• Apply governance and ensure quality across releases.
