Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science (BCA/MCA/BSc Comp), or a related technical field from a reputed 4-year college/university.

2. Overall, 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 6+ years in consulting within the CX Domain.

3. Experience as a Techno-Functional lead in CPQ Cloud implementations.

4. Hands-on experience configuring modules such as Pricing, Quotation Configuration, Product Management (Items, BOMs), System Configuration, Document Engine, Big Machines Language (BML), Utilities Libraries, Validation/Hiding/Constraint rules, Layout editor, Commerce layout, Custom CSS, and designing extensions and interfaces in Oracle CPQ Cloud.

5. Knowledge of web services standards and technologies including WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, WS security, etc. Familiarity with other CX products like Oracle Intelligent Advisor, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Fusion CX Sales, and Service is advantageous.

6. Experience with integration of Oracle CX suite and other Oracle Cloud products is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle CPQ applications and industry-standard processes to consult with clients and deliver cost-effective solutions tailored to their business scenarios. Collaborate closely with project team members, refine customer requirements, document, and present solutions for approval. Apply creative and innovative approaches to resolve product implementation and integration challenges.

• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, and recommend system enhancements or modifications as needed. Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients. Prepare comprehensive documentation of solutions, integration, and migration strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud security policies and standards. Work with Oracle Support to resolve service requests.
• Lead and advise on all phases of the system lifecycle, including designing business requirements through workshops, configuring and developing solutions, conducting process playbacks, system integration testing, go-live preparations, and post-production support.
• Mentor junior consultants, ensuring their deliverables align with standard methodologies and future product roadmaps. Demonstrate the ability to see broader interdependencies within issues and promote knowledge sharing among team members.
