Job Description

Looking for a CPQ Cloud Consultant with strong techno-functional experience.

Hands-on experience in configuring modules such as Pricing, Quotation Configuration, Product Management-Items, BOMs, System Configuration, Document Engine, and Big Machines Language (BML), Utilities Libraries, Validation/Hiding/Constraint rules, Layout editor, Commerce layout, Custom CSS, Designing extensions, and interfaces in the Oracle CPQ Cloud module.

Understanding of various integration points between CPQ and other Oracle Products is essential.

Knowledge of other Oracle CX products/modules is an added advantage.

As part of the job responsibility, you will provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle CPQ implementations, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements and break-fixes.

Responsibilities

As part of the job, you will interface with the customer's IT staff and business users on a regular basis.

You will be responsible for the resolution of issues reported by customers within the agreed SLAs.

Work on enhancement requests and break fixes.

Perform impact assessment and regression testing as part of quarterly upgrades.
