Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking an Oracle CPQ Business Analyst to join a dynamic team in Atlanta. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Service to translate business needs into robust CPQ configurations and CRM solutions, while maintaining the CRM road map.

You will elicit user needs, develop requirements, and deliver solutions using Oracle CPQ knowledge, with Agile tools like Jira/Confluence guiding the process. This is an onsite/remote hybrid role based in EST.

Qualifications

• Production experience with Oracle CPQ (formerly Bigmachines) and a strong CRM background.
• Oracle CPQ administration and configuration knowledge, data tables, product configuration and rules.
• Experience with Agile methodology management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Service functions to understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions within the CRM/CPQ roadmap.
• Elicit user needs, build clear requirements, and drive delivery of CPQ configurations and improvements.
• Maintain the CRM technical roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
