Job summary

Estuate, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Cloud Technical Lead Developer to manage and deliver medium to high complexity Cloud Transformation integration projects. You will design scalable architectures, ensure high availability and security, and translate business goals into Oracle configurations and tested integrations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive Oracle Cloud experience, and the ability to mentor teams across global environments in a fast paced client environment.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience with Oracle Cloud, OICS and PaaS.
• Led at least 3–4 Oracle Cloud or multi‑pillar projects.
• Designed complex OIC integrations including adapters and REST/SOAP interfaces.
• Built OTBI/BIP reports for integration use within OIC.
• Experience with ATP database and SQL/PLSQL.
• Ability to design Oracle Cloud solutions across vendors and boundary systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional solution design discussions across technologies.
• Review integration strategy documents and ensure alignment with ERP.
• Mentor Leads and Analysts across projects.
• Communicate with onshore/offshore teams to meet requirements.
• Propose options for new features to enable business capabilities.
• Define solution footprints for proposals and discovery sessions.
• Develop accurate project scoping and resource plans.
