Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Oracle Technical Lead to manage medium to high complexity Cloud Transformation integration projects in Los Angeles, CA. You will design scalable, secure architectures and translate business goals into Oracle applications and integrations, leading cross-functional teams and providing guidance to onshore/offshore resources.

The role requires 10–12 years in Oracle Cloud, OICS & PaaS with hands-on experience in OIC integrations, OTBI/BIP reporting, and SQL/PLSQL.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud, OICS & PaaS.
• Led 3-4 Oracle Cloud or Multi-Pillar projects.
• Experience designing complex OIC integrations including adapters.
• Strong OTBI & BIP reporting experience in OIC integrations.
• Knowledge of ATP database and SQL/PLSQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions.
• Review or develop integration strategy docs and specifications.
• Translate client goals into system designs and configurations.
• Mentor Leads and Analysts; communicate with onshore/offshore teams.
• Define solution footprint for proposals or on-site discovery sessions.
• Collaborate with project managers to scope, plan and resource projects.
