Job summary

Capgemini, Los Angeles, is seeking an Oracle Cloud Technical Lead to manage medium to high complexity cloud transformation projects. You will design scalable, high-availability architectures and guide cross-functional teams across ERP integration efforts.

The role requires expertise in Oracle Cloud, OICS, PaaS, OTBI and BIP reports, and strong leadership and communication skills. Capgemini offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to work with global clients.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience with Oracle Cloud and integrations.
• Led 3–4 Oracle Cloud or multi-pillar projects.
• Developed VBCS applications from scratch with multiple screens.
• Experience designing OIC integrations including Adapters.
• OTBI & BIP reporting experience for integrations.
• Knowledge of ATP database and SQL/PLSQL.
• Strong consulting, communication and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions.
• Review and develop integration strategy documents and specs.
• Facilitate onshore/offshore coordination to meet requirements.
• Offer implementation options for new system features.
• Define solution footprint for proposals and discovery sessions.
• Mentor leads and analysts and contribute to Capgemini communities.
