Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking an Oracle Cloud Tax with OneSource Lead Consultant to lead cross-functional discussions and deliver solutions in Oracle ERP Cloud. This role requires extensive experience with OneSource and Oracle E-Business Suite Tax, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor junior analysts. The ideal candidate will manage requirements, design solutions, and support implementation processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable expertise in OneSource configuration and solutioning.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in a tax environment working with Oracle E-Business Suite Tax.
• Experience working on at least 3 full lifecycle tax implementations.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership and accountability of delivery while working with multiple business and IT teams.
• Knowledge of AR/AP/Procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discussions with tax and accounting users.
• Document business and tax requirements.
• Design and build solutions on Oracle Fusion and OneSource.
• Support Oracle Fusion Tax implementation as a functional lead.
• Triage tax-specific issues and design/build solutions.
