Tax Application Support Analyst
Job Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for Tax Engine integrated with Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot tax calculation issues for AP, AR, Procurement, and Expense transactions.
• Support and resolve integration issues between Oracle Fusion and OneSource (via APIs/OIC or middleware).
• Maintain and validate tax configurations, tax rules, jurisdictions, and tax codes.
• Investigate and resolve tax determination errors and failed transactions in production.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of tax updates and configuration changes.
• Work with Finance, IT, and Tax teams to ensure accurate tax calculation and compliance.
• Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Client OneSource Tax Engine
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance
• Understanding of US Sales & Use Tax processes
• Experience with ERP integrations and tax determination logic
