Job summary

Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice seeks a seasoned Oracle Manager to lead cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for major client programs in the United States. You will design AI-enabled Oracle Cloud capabilities, drive migrations, and deliver consolidated data solutions to optimize business performance.

The role demands 6+ years in IT solution design (4+ years with Oracle tech), strong leadership, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing enterprise information technology solutions, including 4+ years of experience with Oracle technologies
• Experience leading or managing reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICE) delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, including use of the Oracle ERP Cloud build framework for RICE objects
• Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud platform as a service (PaaS) extension using leading practices
• 2+ years of experience leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle service-oriented architecture (SOA) Suite
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems, or engineering
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation efforts for client organizations
• Design and deliver embedded artificial intelligence (AI) agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud, including Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI services
• Lead cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation initiatives
• Conduct application and database cloud suitability assessments and translating findings into implementation recommendations
• Lead project teams, providing technical guidance during delivery, and aligning solution design and implementation to client business objectives
