Job summary

Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions team in the United States seeks a seasoned Manager to guide Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for major client programs. You will steer cloud migrations, design embedded AI capabilities, and ensure alignment with business objectives across engagements.

Candidate must have extensive Oracle ERP Cloud experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing enterprise IT solutions including 4+ years with Oracle technologies.
• Experience leading Oracle ERP Cloud RICE deliveries using Oracle build framework.
• 2+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives using OIC or SOA Suite.
• Travel 50% on average based on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for client organizations.
• Design and deliver embedded AI agents within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, OCI Generative AI).
• Lead cloud migration and database consolidation initiatives.
• Perform cloud suitability assessments and translate findings into recommendations.
• Mentor teams and ensure solution design aligns with client objectives.
