Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead the delivery of complex Oracle-based projects. You will drive architecture, design and implementation across SCM/ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS, working with clients and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on experience with integration tools, data migration and analytics, with significant travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading SCM/Finance app implementations and IT/business integration.
• 2–3 full cycle Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud plus Oracle EBS modules.
• Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
• Experience with integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi.
• Knowledge of Oracle methodologies (OUM/AIM).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client service skills.
• Willing to travel 60–80%.
