Job summary

Deloitte's Oracle Enterprise Solutions team seeks a Manager to lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and large-scale implementations for clients in the US. You will design and deliver embedded AI agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud, drive cloud migration, and oversee RICE deployments to align with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years with Oracle tech, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing enterprise IT solutions, incl. 4+ years with Oracle tech.
• Experience leading Oracle ERP Cloud RICE delivery (reports, integrations, conversions, extensions).
• Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions using best practices.
• 2+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (OIC or SOA Suite)

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation efforts for client orgs
• Design and deliver AI agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI)
• Lead cloud migration and database consolidation initiatives
• Perform cloud suitability assessments and translate findings into recommendations
• Guide project teams with technical delivery and align design with client objectives
