Qualifications

• 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations
• 7+ years' experience implementing Oracle Supply Chain modules
• Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing current-state and future-state processes, supporting pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Logistics, Information Systems or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning
• Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design and identification of efficiency opportunities
• Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables
• Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts
