Description: Looking for an Oracle Cloud Service Logistics Functional Consultant for our client servicing a cloud transformation

Minimum Years Experience: 5 years

5 Key Skills Required:

Proven experience with Oracle Cloud modules, specifically Field Service, Maintenance SCE, and Sales and Service Cloud.

In-depth understanding of service logistics processes, including parts management, technician inventory, service requests, and billing.

Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Service Logistics modules with other Oracle ERP solutions and third-party systems.

Ability to manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Cloud Service Logistics solutions, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence.

Availability to work pacific time zone hours and travel to Southern California for key milestones up to 25%. Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder per end-user clearancerequirements.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Service Logistics solutions, including modules related to service management, inventory, depot repairs, and logistics operations.

Solution Design & Optimization: Design and optimize service logistics processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Business Process Analysis: Analyze business requirements and processes, working closely with stakeholders to tailor Oracle Cloud solutions to meet customer needs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure the service logistics solution aligns with broader organizational goals and processes.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service logistics processes and performance, leveraging the capabilities of Oracle Cloud.
