Job summary

SC&H Group is seeking a Supply Chain Lead for Oracle Cloud SCM in the United States. You will run the SCM workstream day to day, lead workshops, and drive design from Blueprint through go-live as the hands-on functional expert.

Responsibilities include configuring Oracle Cloud SCM modules, authoring design docs, managing master data, and leading SIT/UAT cycles. You will mentor analysts, deliver training, and support cutover and hypercare post-go-live.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of supply chain functional experience.
• 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SCM implementations.
• Hands-on configuration in at least two SCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and inventory control.
• Experience writing high-quality functional documentation (FDDs, test scripts, config workbooks).
• Proven workshop facilitation skills with process owners and SMEs.
• Experience leading or executing SIT/UAT with defect management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and design workshops for assigned SCM modules, driving documented decisions and signed-off designs.
• Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud SCM modules per the solution architecture.
• Author and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses and propose configuration-first solutions before extensions or workarounds.
• Define and support master data requirements and validate data during mock cycles.
• Build test scenarios and lead SIT and UAT cycles for the SCM workstream.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and support end-user training materials.
• Manage day-to-day priorities of supply chain analysts and develop their skills.
• Support cutover execution and hypercare, stabilizing operations post-go-live.
