Qualifications

• 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
• 7+ years in Oracle Supply Chain modules.
• Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, and leading design and testing activities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
• Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
• Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables.
• Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to performance development, staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts.
