Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Senior Consultant to help clients define their cloud strategy and design, implement, and measure value from Oracle solutions. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map future-state processes, and support transformation initiatives across the supply chain.

You will participate in day-to-day client interactions, contribute to proposal work, and coach juniors while delivering high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
• 3+ years implementing Oracle Cloud SCM modules
• Experience documenting requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and designing business processes
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations by gathering requirements and designing business processes
• Lead workstreams and coordinate with client stakeholders and project teams
• Assist with current-state and future-state process design, including scenario development
• Prepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across project phases
• Contribute to internal business development through proposals and pursuit materials
• Support the development of junior team members through coaching and collaboration
