Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Manager to lead implementation workstreams, advise client stakeholders, and drive business process transformation enabled by Oracle Cloud Financials. You will manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high‑quality, tested solutions aligned with business goals.

A successful candidate will have 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, 7+ years of Oracle

Qualifications

• 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• 7+ years' experience implementing Oracle Financials modules
• Experience defining systems strategy and leading fit-gap analysis
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementation workstreams and advise client stakeholders
• Facilitate current-state and future-state process design and optimization
• Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables
• Support business development activities including pursuit participation and scoping

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
