Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking skilled contractors for a contract role in the United States to drive Oracle Cloud RTR/FAH implementations, especially in M&A contexts. The role requires independent leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to hit the ground running.

Ideal candidates will manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects, collaborate across Finance, Engineering, and Corporate Development, and ensure Day 1 readiness for newly acquired entities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud RTR and FAH implementations.
• PM/leadership experience in Oracle Cloud projects, esp. in M&A.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and lead with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to contract and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations supporting Company's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
• Independently manage Oracle Cloud implementations from acquisition due diligence through production stabilization.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Engineering, Treasury, Tax, and acquired business stakeholders.
• Ensure successful onboarding of newly acquired businesses into Company's Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Ensure Day 1 operational readiness for newly acquired entities.
