Job summary

• Manage onshore and offshore project teams and ensure development best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops and assist with business process design and optimization.
• Drive project planning, effort estimation, milestone tracking and progress reporting.
• Provide implementation and post-implementation support following established software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and change requests effectively.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing business expectations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address project issues.

Job Title: Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud implementation projects across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations and leading cross-functional, multicultural teams in global environments.

This role requires strong project management, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive client workshops, manage project deliverables, and ensure successful project execution from initiation through post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 12 13 years of experience managing multiple full lifecycle Oracle implementations.
• Experience working on at least 5 6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion or multi-pillar implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards.
• Excellent consulting and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Experience working in global or international project environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Working knowledge of Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, and Project Finance.
• Experience using MS Project, PowerPoint, and Agile collaboration tools such as Jira or Rally.
• Two or more active Oracle Cloud Certifications.
