Job summary

Hunter Industries seeks an Oracle Cloud Applications Manager to own the health, security, and technical delivery of Oracle Cloud platforms, spanning San Marcos, CA and Tijuana, MX. You will lead a team of engineers and analysts, set platform direction, and manage the release lifecycle from adoption to production deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Eight+ years of enterprise app experience supporting ERP platforms, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications experience across multiple modules (F Financials, SCM, WMS/OTM, CX) and release/change ownership.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle application role/security administration.
• Audit exposure (ISO/SOX or similar) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle platform team across multiple locations, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Direct day-to-day operations of the Oracle managed service partner, including release calendar and escalation handling.
• Own Tier 2 technical support outcomes, triage quality, on-call coverage, and SLA performance.
• Serve as incident commander for platform incidents and drive post‑incident reviews within five business days.
• Own end-to-end Oracle release lifecycle from adoption through production deployment and CAB approvals.
• Maintain application-layer controls, role design, and access governance with Security Operations.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Process Owners on demand shaping, backlog feasibility, and SLAs.
