Huron Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements, manage projects and teams, and drive data-driven recommendations. The role focuses on Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations, regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior staff.

The Senior Manager will participate in practice development and key client interactions, with up to 50% travel. Country-specific regulatory knowledge and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–10+ years of cloud implementations experience in a consulting role.
• 5–7+ years as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Deep expertise in non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws.
• Experience coaching and developing others.
• Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from pursuit to delivery.
• Manage projects and teams, and mentor Coachees.
• Perform intensive data analysis to inform recommendations.
• Architect end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Support practice development and organizational tasks.
