Job summary

Inizio Partners Corp is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead SME for a US-based contract role with up to 50% travel to client sites in Atlanta and Dallas. You will lead payroll configurations and testing across end-to-end cycles.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, defining payroll design, and delivering end-user documentation while driving best practices and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating as an Oracle Cloud Functional Payroll Lead.
• Led a minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations as the Functional Payroll Lead.
• Led all testing cycles related to Oracle Cloud Payroll including Payroll Parallel testing.
• Hands-on experience implementing Payroll on multiple end-to-end projects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extract, HDL, PBL preferred.
• Lead monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution and impact analysis.
• Lead SDLC including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing.
• Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Act as Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead SME to understand business requirements and configure the Payroll module.
• Be an expert in configuration and management of Oracle Cloud Payroll applications.
• Lead definition and validation of payroll conversion activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional module efforts to implement optimal Payroll Cloud design.
• Create and update test scripts for functional, system, integration, UAT, and payroll parallel testing.
• Maintain system processes and documentation; suggest procedural changes.
• Advise on process improvements and best practices; provide guidance on integrations, conversions, and reports.
• Support payroll cycle management, accruals, garnishments, and related processes.
