Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating as an Oracle Cloud Functional Payroll Lead.
• Led a minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations as the Functional Payroll Lead.
• Led all testing cycles related to Oracle Cloud Payroll including Payroll Parallel testing.
• Hands-on experience implementing Payroll on multiple end-to-end projects.
• Lead monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution, perform impact analysis and testing.
• Assist clients with business requirements and suggest changes for process improvements.
• Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead SME to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Lead the configuration of Oracle Cloud Payroll applications.
• Define and validate payroll-related conversion activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional module efforts to implement the Payroll Cloud design.
• Create and update test scripts for functional, system, integration, UAT, and payroll parallel testing.
• Maintain system processes and documentation; suggest procedural changes.
• Advise on process improvements and best practices.
• Provide assistance in payroll cycle management, monthly accruals, garnishments, and lien processing.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, conversions and reports.
