Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management Consultant in Austin, TX for a 12+ month engagement. You will serve as functional lead, gather requirements, design configurations, and oversee testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Responsibilities include configuring Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management, optimizing work orders, preventive maintenance, and scheduling; collaborating with cross-functional teams in Inventory, Procurement, SCM, and Asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10+ years ERP, enterprise applications, maintenance management, supply chain, or related consulting experience preferred.
• Significant hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance Management.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a functional lead on full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management processes, including work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance programs, scheduling, materials, resources, and maintenance execution.
• Experience with related Oracle Cloud applications such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Asset Management.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prior consulting experience required.
• Public sector experience preferred.
• Ability to travel based on client and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management on engagements.
• Lead client discovery, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management functionality to meet client requirements.
• Lead design and optimization of maintenance processes: work definitions, work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, programs, scheduling, execution, and completion.
• Support maintenance activities involving labor, materials, resources, costs, and assets.
• Advise clients on Oracle Cloud functionality, configuration options, and leading practices.
• Evaluate requirements and impacts across Inventory, Procurement, SCM, and Asset Management.
• Develop functional specs and collaborate with technical resources for integrations, reports, and extensions.
• Lead or support testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolution with client and project teams.
• Create functional designs, configuration docs, process flows, and test materials.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on milestones, risks, and scope.
• Build client relationships and act as trusted advisor on Maintenance Management and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
• Provide mentoring to consultants and team members.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud releases and leading practices.
