Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies LLC in Austin, TX seeks an Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management Consultant for a 12-month engagement with extension potential. Primary focus on maintenance programs, work orders, and optimization within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

The role requires leading client engagements, conducting requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go‑live support with travel as needed. W‑2/1099/C2C options available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 10+ years ERP/maintenance consulting experience.
• Hands‑on Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance Management experience.
• Functional lead on full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong maintenance management processes knowledge (work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, scheduling).
• Experience with Inventory Management, Procurement, SCM, or Asset Management.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Public sector experience preferred.
• Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel based on client/project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead and SME for Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management on engagements.
• Lead client discovery, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management functionality to meet client requirements.
• Lead design and optimization of maintenance processes including work orders and scheduling.
• Support maintenance activities involving labor, materials, resources, costs, and asset information.
• Advise clients on Oracle Cloud functionality, best practices, and process improvements.
• Evaluate requirements and impacts across Inventory, Procurement, SCM, and Asset Management.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with integration teams.
• Lead or support functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop and maintain functional designs, documentation, and process flows.
• Monitor functional workstream activities with the Project Manager.
• Build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on Maintenance Management.
• Provide mentoring to consultants.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud releases and leading practices.
• Support proposals, SOWs, estimates, demos, and sales activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
