Job summary

Infosys Oracle unit is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to participate in requirements gathering, design solution architecture, and develop integrations across ERP packages. You will configure interfaces, run ETL processes, ensure data quality, and deliver documentation and training to stakeholders.

This role may require relocation or travel to client sites in the United States. This position emphasizes hands-on coding, end-to-end ERP customization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
