Job summary

Infosys Limited, Oracle unit, is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to join our US delivery team in Phoenix. You will participate in requirements gathering, assist in ERP solution design, and develop and integrate new features into ERP packages.

This role emphasizes hands-on coding, system integrations, and documentation for scalable ERP implementations. You will contribute to system integration efforts, configure interfaces, and ensure secure, compliant data flows across Oracle Fusion Cloud and

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle integration technologies and OIC on Oracle Cloud PaaS
• Experience with ERP package customization and integration
• Hands-on coding and design experience for integrations
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, XSLT/XQuery
• Experience with Oracle Fusion APIs, BEs, FBDI, HDL/HSDL
• Understanding of OIC connections, mappings, fault handling and monitoring
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in Oracle integration technologies, with hands‑on experience in OIC.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud PaaS – Integration and Application Development.
• Experience in Oracle Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) tools like Visual Builder (VBCS) & ATP Database.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, XSLT/XQuery.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion APIs, business events, FBDI, HDL/HSDL, and scheduled/event‑driven integrations.
• Understanding of OIC connections, integrations, lookups, mappings, scopes, fault handling, tracking, and monitoring.
• Experience designing integrations with third‑party applications and databases.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication, consulting and leadership skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
