Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Package Consultant 3 to analyze complex business processes, define architecture, and lead ERP customizations within Oracle Cloud. You will design integrations, drive data migration strategies, and ensure security and performance alignment with enterprise standards.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, solution governance, and AMS engagements across global delivery teams, with relocation/travel as needed for project locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud technology.
• Experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and Oracle CPQ Cloud including subscription lifecycle, pricing, product configuration, commerce, approvals, and integrations.
• Experience in Solution Architecture, implementations, AMS, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Order, Subscription-to-Renewal, and Service business processes.
• Experience integrating Oracle CX applications with Oracle ERP Cloud and third-party systems using APIs, Web Services, OIC, and integration frameworks.
• Experience managing production incidents, service requests, root cause analysis, defect prevention, and release management.
• Experience in solution governance, architecture reviews, AI-driven innovations, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer
