Job summary

Accenture's Advanced Technology Centers in the US seeks a Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of contracts, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and financial commitments while identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.

You will be a subject-matter expert with deep knowledge of Account Delivery Management, engage with multiple teams, and drive decisions across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Account Delivery Management, Business Operation Management, Estimation and Planning, and Work Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate Degree, minimum 6 years.
• Advance proficiency in Account Delivery Management is required.

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions by providing solutions that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management is required.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX and requires three days per week in the office.

What you need

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Account Delivery Management, Business Operation Management, Estimation and Planning, and Work Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
