ORACLE CLOUD HCM TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (NJ)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant to lead the development of RICEFW objects, focusing on interfaces, reports, and documenting business requirements. The role involves development, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, requiring a broad understanding of solutions, industry methodologies, and technical architecture. The candidate must operate independently to deliver quality work products.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and extensions.
2. Design and document RICEW objects and prepare solution blueprints.
3. Communicate product features through sessions and technical training.
4. Manage data conversions and integrations using Oracle tools like OIC, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, UCM, and MFT.
5. Provide technical expertise in data loading, integrations, report development, workflows, and custom roles.
6. Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
7. Create OTBI and BIP reports to meet business needs.
8. Utilize middleware technologies and develop integration patterns.
9. Customize Oracle HCM application pages and pages personalization.
10. Apply hands-on skills in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
11. Support product releases, implement new features, and optimize system performance.
12. Lead on-premise to Oracle Fusion HCM conversions and manage HDL data loads.
13. Support integration efforts and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
14. Offer end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and provide training.
15. Support post-go-live activities and system stabilization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum ten years of systems analyst/developer experience, with at least three years supporting Oracle HCM modules.
• Over eight years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• More than ten years of HCM solutions experience, including technical leadership roles.
• 2-5 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and report development (OTBI, BIP).
• Familiarity with SFTP and solution architecture.
• Previous consulting experience is preferred.
• Experience with multiple HCM applications and Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of quarterly updates and change management.
