Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering end‑to‑end payroll solutions as part of large‑scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. You will partner with clients to assess current payroll processes, design future‑state solutions, and lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll to support accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current‑state payroll processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design future‑state payroll processes aligned with Oracle Cloud leading practices and client objectives.
- Advise clients on best practices for payroll operations, including retro‑pay, costing, and year‑end processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop detailed implementation plans.
- Lead payroll workstream activities across the full project lifecycle (requirements through deployment).
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and system configuration.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather and document complex payroll requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional designs and Oracle Cloud Payroll configurations.
- Apply knowledge of key payroll concepts such as Legislative Data Groups (LDGs), Elements, and Payroll Definitions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on payroll strategy, compliance, and system optimization.
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Support decision‑making through analysis and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of payroll best practices, accelerators, and intellectual property.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Peloton’s HCM practice.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Experience leading at least two full‑lifecycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in payroll processes, including U.S. and/or global payroll and tax reporting.
- Active Oracle Cloud Payroll certification.
- Deep understanding of payroll configuration concepts (e.g., LDGs, Elements, Payroll Definitions).
- Experience in HCM consulting, systems integration, or management consulting environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of payroll and HR data, reporting, and analytics.

Compensation and Benefits
Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. The current base compensation range is $120,000‑$220,000, with additional bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
