Job summary

Baptist in Memphis, TN seeks a Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to own module strategy and align system capabilities with business needs. You will partner with HR leaders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions and drive change management.

You will mentor junior consultants, lead testing strategies, and contribute to cross-functional projects while staying active in Oracle communities to influence the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HCM systems leadership, with deep Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s).
• 3+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own module strategy, roadmap, and change management.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Lead quarterly update adoption and regression testing strategy.
• Mentor junior consultants and set functional best practices.
• Drive module-related cross-functional projects, cyclical processes, and enhancements.
• Provide Level 2+ functional support and escalations for assigned module(s).
• Provide input into reporting and analytic needs based on HCM data and processes.
• Engage in Oracle communities and influence Oracle roadmap by submitting and voting on ideas.
