Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis seeks a Lead Consultant to own Oracle Cloud HCM modules, partnering with HR leaders to align system capabilities with business needs. You will drive module strategy, roadmaps, change management, and cross‑functional projects, while mentoring junior consultants and guiding testing and analytics for improved workforce processes.

Requirements: 5+ years in HCM leadership or 3+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience, plus strong communication and business analysis

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HCM leadership or 3+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong skills in business analysis and Agile methodology.
• Experience leading and contributing to cross-functional projects and testing to ensure system functionality and alignment with business requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own module strategy, roadmap, and change management.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Lead quarterly update adoption and regression testing strategy.
• Mentor junior consultants and set functional best practices.
• Drive module-related cross-functional projects, cyclical processes, and enhancements.
• Provide Level 2+ functional support and escalations for assigned module(s).
• Provide input into reporting and analytic needs based on HCM data and processes.
• Engage in Oracle and industry communities and influence Oracle roadmap by submitting and voting on ideas.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Subject matter expert in assigned module(s).
