International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Architect to lead the design and implementation of integrated HCM solutions for clients across industries. You will ensure alignment with customer goals by blending industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.

You will collaborate with client teams to deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud solutions, while guiding architecture decisions and supporting new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Oracle Applications and ability to design technical designs across platforms and software packages.
• Experience in designing technical solutions that meet functional requirements and integrate with existing systems.
• Experience implementing technical solutions meeting quality, performance, availability, and security standards.
• Experience working independently with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Experience verifying solutions meet quality, performance, availability, and security standards and optimizing accordingly.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of integrated, high-quality solutions that meet customer objectives. You will analyze business needs to ensure that the Oracle solution aligns with the customer’s goals by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.

• Design and Implement Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of integrated, high-quality solutions that meet customer objectives, combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen to ensure alignment with customer goals.
• Evaluate Methods and Techniques: Evaluate and select the appropriate methods and techniques to deliver both functional and technical solutions, resolving complex customer issues by recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
• Provide Direction and Oversight: Provide direction and oversight to project teams, influencing key decisions made by customer leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support Business Development: Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions, leveraging expertise in HCM business processes to identify potential growth areas.
• Architect Technology Solutions: Architect and design technology solutions that encompass multiple products or platforms, utilizing expertise in HCM business processes across modules.

• Deep Expertise in Oracle Applications: Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications, including the ability to create technical designs that can run on multiple platforms and be composed of multiple software packages.
• Technical Solution Design: Experience with designing technical solutions that meet functional requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Implementation and Integration: Experience in implementing technical solutions that adhere to quality, performance, availability, and security standards.
• Consulting and Client Management: Experience working independently and directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
• Quality Assurance and Optimization: Experience in verifying that solutions meet quality, performance, availability, and security standards, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing solutions accordingly.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Oracle Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications, including configuration, customization, and integration with other Oracle products.
• Multi-Platform Design: Experience with designing technical solutions that can run on multiple platforms, composed of multiple software packages, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Security Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with quality, performance, availability, and security standards for Oracle Applications, ensuring solutions meet these requirements.
