Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula Developer

Location: REMOTE
Length: 6 months
Start: ASAP
Interview: Video

Required:

• Previous experience and technical knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, and Absence specific Fast Formulas.
• Sound knowledge of concepts: Element Configuration, Voluntary Deductions, Retro, Arrears, Balances & Dimensions, Accruals, Work Schedules, Plan Enrollment, Benefits Coverage etc.
• Understanding of US Payroll concepts like 401k Plans, IRS limits etc. is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM table structure & BIP.
• Good knowledge of commonly used Fast Formula types from implementations.
• Troubleshooting fast formula issues and providing resolution, or configuration change recommendations.
• Defining testing scenarios and developing test scripts for functional testing of the components.
