Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience administering Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Core HR.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and HSDL.
• Proficient understanding of Core HR data structures and organizational hierarchies.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional support and troubleshooting for HR users.
• Intake, document, prioritize, and resolve system requests.
• Configure and maintain Core HR setup.
